About Our Founder
Drew Stone has a lifetime of customer service and client-facing support; and now on to producing events in Virtual Reality.
Being introduced to VR in 2016 at the 4th SeattleVR hackathon, Drew led a team as Project Manager to win the “Best Humanitarian” award for a HoloLens project whose MVP enabled second-responders to identifiably mark, note, and rate hazardous conditions after an emergency event, based on a point-cloud mapping of the affected scene area.
In 2019 Drew was brought on to the Events Team of Microsoft’s AltspaceVR platform. After ending his contract with Microsoft, Drew knew his calling and passion was for producing VR events, and he subsequently founded Locusium, LLC to help guide others who were new to VR to bring their own communities and teams into VR into immersive environments that are friendly and safe.
